How do I order?

Ordering information and conditions of delivery.

At the moment I am able to deliver to European Union (EU) and Nordic countries.

Please read my "Copyright © Notice and Disclaimer of Warranty" terms, "Privacy Notice", and "Cookie Notice" below here before you place your order if you have not done so already. Additional I reserve the right to correct typing errors, printer's errors, photographic errors, pictorial errors, translation errors, alter prices and specifications, goods possibly sold out, refuse any sale, limit quantities, but will of course notify customers who has already placed an order which not yet are carried out. Read below for the rules and conditions of eventual complaints. The customer carries the full risk during shipment, as insurance during transport is not included. By mail order sales you have 7 days return. When paying by credit card over the internet you have 14 days return. Costs associated with the use of return shall be borne by the customer. In case of doubt, I refer to Danish law.

If you accept all of these terms please email me the following information :

  1. Write in the mail's subject line : My Shop
  2. Name of recipient
  3. Full address of recipient
  4. Postal code, city, and country of recipient (and other informations necessary in order to get the articles to arrive at the right place)
  5. E-mail address (The e-mail address to which you want me to send your confirmation of order and particulars for your payment)
  6. Payment: Enter the desired payment method (see below)
  7. Your order. The ordering number(s) of the article(s), description and quantity. Please take care to check the ordering numbers thoroughly. I would hate to send you the wrong items - and you would probably hate to receive them

When I have received your order with the above mentioned information, I will e-mail a confirmation of order with the total price in DKK (inclusive shipping and handling charges (handling charges : 50 DKK.)) and a confirmation number.

Payment

1 Bankers cheque

Enclose the confirmation number with a bankers cheque in DKK made out and sent to the name and address stated in my e-mail confirmation of order. Enclosing the confirmation number ensures that I send the right goods to the right person. Please send the cheque and confirmation number as registered mail. Sending it registered is simply the safest way for my customers as well as for me. And send me an e-mail once the checque is on its way.

2 PayPalTM

PayPal TMTransfer the amount in DKK to my PayPalTM account (Select by "Select your payment type" - 'Personal payments', as the sender by 'Personal payments' decides who have to pay the transfer fee. Note! You must pay this fee). I informs you of my receiving e-mail address, which is the unique identifier (like a bank account number) in the PayPal system, in my e-mail confirmation of order. Send me immediately thereafter an e-mail with the confirmation number as stated in my e-mail confirmation of order and information about from which sender e-mail address in the PayPal system you transfer the money to me, as this ensures that I can choose to accept the receipt of the payment and then send the right goods to the right person.

The customer (You) must pay any duty and or tax. All prices are inclusive of Danish "moms" (VAT - value added tax). Therefore:

ALL bank fees to be paid by the customer (You). I accept payment in Danish Kroner (DKK) only. If in doubt, ask your bank how to transfer the payment in Danish currency.

When I have received the payment, I will send your order. (Please allow approximate 7 - 28 days of delivery.)

Use if necessary the link "The Universial Currency Converter" for doing updated currency calculations. This link will open in a new browser window. Just close this new window and you are back.

Complaints

Upon receipt of your product, it is important that you verify that the product is intact and has not suffered harm in connection with the delivery.

Before returning any product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

If the product is damaged or there are errors in the product upon receipt, the goods may be returned to "My Shop". "My Shop" delivers (sends) a new product within 7 days if the product is in stock. If a new delivery is not possible "My Shop" reimburses the amount within 8-10 days minus costs and fees.

Costs associated with the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer.

If not otherwise specified under the individual items, the goods are sold as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You must notify "My Shop" within a reasonable time after you find that the goods are defective. Assessment of errors and damages will always depend on a specific assessment. Expenses in connection with returning the goods and any submission of substitute goods shall be borne by the customer.

Storage of personal information

In order for you to get your order delivered, you must among other things provide your name, mailing address and e-mail address. The information are not passed on or sold to third parties except as prescribed by Danish law. Your information is stored indefinitely, and you have the right of insight into the information "My Shop" keep about you, and to have the information stored in the customer file erased by contacting "My Shop" at the below mentioned e-mail. The information may, if claims are made thereof at the earliest be deleted 5 years plus current year after purchase, in order that "My Shop" can meet the requirements of the legislation on financial reporting.

Electronic submissions via the website will not be sent encrypted (i.e. made unreadable by unauthorized persons), unless it is clearly indicated. If your message contains information that you think should be protected, for example about privacy, you should send it by regular mail instead of e-mail.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Question:

Why does the payment take place according to the principle: Money first?

Answer:

Dear visitors of my page; when you pay by credit card you also pay before you get the goods. Likewise if you receive goods COD (Cash On Delivery).... In a supermarket you are not either allowed to leave with the goods before you have payed.

Question:

Why do you not accept payment with credit card?

Answer:

When you do not send your credit card information to me they can not be intercepted on the way to me and misused. Additionally will payment by credit card increase the cost of the goods considerably. I have no plans to introduce payment by credit card.

Question:

Why do you not send the goods COD (Cash On Delivery)?

Answer:

It suits me fine that nobody who do not wish my goods risk to receive unwanted COD (Cash On Delivery) parcels. I have no plans to introduce payment by COD (Cash On Delivery).
